Construction technology of epoxy anti-static self-leveling floor:

1、防水處理:一樓地面需已做好防水處理;素地處理: 依素地狀況做好打磨、修補(bǔ)、除塵;防靜電底漆:采用滲透性及附著力特強(qiáng)防靜電環(huán)氧底漆滾涂一道,增強(qiáng)表面附著力;

3、防靜電面漆:用專用帶齒鏝刀直接刮涂防靜電自流平面漆一道,并用帶齒輥筒消泡。其體積/表面電阻平均系數(shù)值1X10^6～1X10^9Ω,完工后整體地面光亮潔凈,顏色均一,無空鼓;施工完成: 24小時后方可上人,72小時后方可重壓。(25℃為準(zhǔn),低溫時開放時間需適度延長)
